Who We Are.

Rosewater Advisors is a consulting firm that supports social justice organizations to do good work.

We assist leaders to walk in purpose and lead with integrity. Our freedom is interconnected. Through communication, we alleviate suffering. We support organizations to redistribute resources to meet community needs.

Why Rosewater?

Organizations select us because they are ready to do the hard work to build a better future and they know that they can’t get there alone. Maybe your organization has existed for 100 years or less than six months. Either way, you are ready to take an honest look at your practices and scale to meet your purpose.

Advisors join us because they want to contribute to the movement and maintain agency over their own lives. We believe in abundance, reject competition, and embrace mutual support. Rosewater is a community of practice that nurtures and challenges professional leaders to live their purpose.

What’s in a name?

Roses are a symbol of love and serve us as medicine for the heart.

Roses help to heal emotional wounding and build a strong, healthy love for one’s self that’s open to sharing love with others.

Water is life.

Water is symbolic of purity, fertility, motion, renewal, and transformation.

Rosewater is anti-inflammatory. It heals and reduces harm.

Rosewater Advisors was created out of love to give us the opportunity to transform ourselves and serve the organizations that heal us.
