Executive Coaching involves a series of one-on-one sessions between a non-profit leader and Rosewater Advisor to achieve increased self-awareness and personal growth to develop strategies and build skillsets through ongoing feedback and support.
Program Design/ Evaluation
Rosewater Advisors works closely with leaders to identify needs and create sustainable, solution-oriented programming. We also support organizations with program evaluation design and implementation.
Grantsmanship Fundraising
Rosewater Advisors work closely with leaders to develop a fundraising and/or grantsmanship plan and resources including grant language, a fundraising calendar, and a pitch deck.
Partnership Support
Connection and collaboration are the lifeblood of social justice work. Rosewater Advisors work with leaders to create new partnerships or strengthen existing partnerships to build a better world together.
